How to measure
Chest: tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level across your back. Breathe normally — don't pull tight.
Waist: tape around your natural waistline (where you bend sideways), not over a belt. One finger of slack.
Height: stand straight against a wall, barefoot, heels together. Mark the top of your head and measure to the floor.
Tip: have someone else take the measurements if possible — self-measured chest readings are the #1 cause of wrong workwear sizes.

⚡ ESD fit note
Static-dissipative garments only work with continuous skin/fabric contact. Cuffs should cover the wrists, and the garment should not be excessively loose — a baggy ESD smock can break the grounding path during movement. If the finder matches you up a size, verify ESD performance (point-to-point / point-to-groundable-point resistance) during try-on before placing a bulk order.
